"It's a whole new ballgame"   After supporting the Massachusetts area for the past 12 years in the Janitorial and Industrial Safety markets, I have seen the industry evolve. Customers were looking towards the Internet and Integrators as source for their supplies, but the service level and product expertise fell short of their expectations. Good old fashioned business still works.....It's all about product knowledge, service, and providing solutions that facility and safety managers need every day. I have set out to combine the principals of old-fashioned business with the benefits of today's technology.
